THE DOUBLE FEATURE of Tuss Mc-Laughry, Dartmouth's new football coach, and Albert I. Dickerson '30, President Hopkins' executive assistant, proved to be the attraction that drew over 100 Worcester Club members to the Hotel Bancroft February 26.

The former Brown University coach, making his first appearance before local Dartmouth alumni, pledged himself to make every effort to maintain "the same discipline, organization, and great standards" set by Earl Blaik.

Mr. Dickerson devoted most of his talk to a discussion of national defense activities at the College. He said there is a strong sentiment among Dartmouth undergraduates for resistance to Nazis and for aid to Great Britain.

C. Jerry Spaulding '24, president, presided at the dinner-meeting, and Donald G. Mix '2l, secretary, introduced Mr. Mc-Laughry. Among others at the head table were John B. McAuliffe 'l6, former football player and coach, Dr. George C. Tully 'a6, Lemuel G. Hodgkins 'OO, Sherman Baldwin '23, secretary of his class and member of the Alumni Council, Judge James C. Donnelly 'O5, and A 1 Marsters '3O, one of the best backfield men in Dartmouth's history.
