THE SECOND New Hampshire Bank Management Conference will be held at the School on May 16 and 17. A program covering a wide range of topics of interest to both commercial and savings bankers has been arranged, and an outstanding authority has been secured to present each topic. The subjects included are: financing national defense contracts; bank investment problems; railroad bonds; credit analysis; cost analysis and service charges; appraisal of real estate; the Federal Home Loan Bank System; and democracy and the national defense program. In addition, President Hopkins and another speaker of national reputation will address the final banquet session.
This Conference should be of particular interest to all Tuck and Dartmouth alumni engaged in banking, and it should provide an excellent excuse for spending a weekend in Hanover. The fee of ten dollars covers the program, two luncheons in Stell Hall, and the final banquet. Later on you will doubtless receive a program and application blank, but if through some oversight these fail to reach you, please regard this as a cordial invitation to attend.
