Dartmouth's basketball team made Eastern Intercollegiate League history on March 18 by winning its fifth straight title in a play-off with Princeton at the University of Pennsylvania's Palestra. The score was 46 to 38. The Dartmouth team, under Coach Ossie Cowles, is the only title-holder in league history to come through five years in a row.
