THE TENTATIVE PROGRAM for Dartmouth's 173rd Commencement, held at the the earliest date in the history of the College, May 9-10, calls for a briefer and simplified schedule of events as compared with other years. Although the requirement of attendance at the graduation exercises to receive the diploma continues in force, exceptions to the rule will be made by the President of the College for men called to military service before May 10.
