PROF. RUSSELL R. LARMON '19 of the Dartmouth faculty was named early in May to be New Hampshire state director of the Office of Price Administration. He has been granted leave of absence for the academic year 1942-43 and will have his head- quarters in Concord.

Mr. Larmon, who is Professor of Administration on the Benjamin Ames Kimball Foundation, has twice before filled state positions. Governor John G. Winant named him a member of the New Hamp- shire Crime Commission in 1927, and upon repeal of the 18th Amendment he was given the assignment of organizing the New Hampshire Liquor Commission and state liquor stores. He has also served as consultant on policy and organization in various big industries.

Before joining the Dartmouth faculty as Professor of Administration, Mr. Larmon was secretary and assistant to President Hopkins from 1920 to 1926.
