Dartmouth Night
November 1943

THE 48TH ANNUAL observance of Dartmouth Night will be held on November 5. At that time Dartmouth men in all parts of the world will hold informal gatherings in symbolic renewal of ties with the College. Here in Hanover, all Dartmouth undergraduates, who are civilian or V-12 students, and alumni will meet for talks by President Hopkins and others.

Due to wartime conditions and limitations on telegraphic service the customary messages from Dartmouth men all over the world, usually read at the Hanover gathering, will not be a part of the program.

Since Dartmouth Night is being held the evening before the home game with Columbia, the program is expected to take on some of the character of a football rally.
