AWARDS TO CLASS AGENTS Harry B. Gil. more '01 and John F. Rourke '40 for outstanding accomplishment in the Alumni Fund of 1942 were made by Henry E. Atwood '13, chairman of the Alumni Fund Committee of the Alumni Council, at the dinner of class officers at the Dartmouth Club of New York on April 3.

These awards represented trophies presented by James B. Reynolds' '90 and Harvey P. Hood and '18, respectively, for the classes more than twenty years out of College and for the youngest twenty classes. The trophies themselves, for which Mr. Reynolds and Mr. Hood have deposited their gifts, are not yet available on account of metal priorities. As tokens, sets of L. B. Richardson's History of Dartmouth College were presented to the winners.

The basis of the award in each group of classes is: "To that class which in the opinion of the Alumni Fund Committee has produced the outstanding Alumni Fund accomplishment of the year in terms of per cent of living members contributing, amount contributed, improvement over the preceding year and other factors which the Committee may wish from time to time to take into consideration."

REPRESENTS SOUTH Edward Stafford 'II, Washington, D. C.,will continue for a second term of two yearson the Alumni Council.
