DEAN NEIDLINGER AND COACH EARL BROWN headlined the Western New York Dartmouth Club's Annual Meeting at the Saturn Club on February 8. Fifty-nine members were present to hear Dean Neidlinger speak on "The Wartime College and the Postwar Coll ege." In his very interesting talk the Dean told those present that the Dartmouth Postw ar Program calls for: 1. Retaining the intimacy of the small college. 2. Retaining the simplicity of the so-called "Country College."

3. Preserving Dartmouth traditional democracy and perpetuating its selective process of admission.

4. Curricula designed to make men think and provide mental enlargement and not ment al furnishing.

5. Relinquishing the wartime accelerated prog ram when peace comes and normal conditions prevail.
