June Meetings

MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, Alumni Council, and Class Officers Associations will be held in Hanover, June 9-10. The Board and the Council will meet the morning of June 9, with the first gatherings of the Secretaries, Class Agents and Class Treasurers scheduled for that afternoon. The Athletic Council will meet Thursday evening, June 8.

The annual dinner of the several alumni groups will be held the evening of June 9. The evening program will begin with the annual meeting of the General Association of Alumni, of which Sigurd S. Larmon '14 of New York is president. Discussion of the Alumni Fund campaign by Henry E. Atwood '13 of Minneapolis, chairman of the Fund Committee, and talks by Captain D. E. Cummings, USN, commanding officer of the Dartmouth V-12 Unit, and President Hopkins are features of the evening program.

Alumni guests will visit classes and laboratories and will inspect a Navy dormitory Saturday morning, June 10. In the afternoon there will be a double-header baseball game with Pennsylvania and a demonstration of the Navy commando course; in the evening an outdoor smoker with band music, Navy boxing and entertainment will be held.

J. William Embree Jr. '2l will preside at the meeting of the Alumni Council June 9 when plans and policies for the Dartmouth Vocational project, offering employment help to alumni in the armed forces, will be an important matter of business.

FROM CHICAGO, Eugene Hotchkiss '22 will take the place of J. W. Embree '21, as a member of the Alumni Council.
