The item in the August Alumni Magazine that reported Bradley Rodgers had resumed teaching in the Boston schools was not correct. He has taken a position in the Dedham schools, that of administrative principal of the primary, elementary and junior high schools of the Oakdale district of Dedham. In this work he has to see that everything runs smoothly, deal with the teachers, janitor, public and pupils, and discipline cases. Bradley says that "Ye old school master" tries to apply the wisdom he has acquired in forty years of teaching in the effort to have smooth running of the schools and happier relations between pupils and teachers. He has no time to do any teaching.
Doc Chandler has been some under the weather, as he reports. Doc was probably the last one of the class to visit with Pate. Doc and his wife drove over to South Royalton and had dinner with Phil and Mrs. Patey while they were visiting their daughter.

Fred Bennis writes that he was forced to leave the Laguna at Laguna Beach, Calif., when the Marines took over that hotel. He and his sister are now living at the Hotel Lobero, Santa Barbara, Calif. He has not seen a '98 man since Pate and Mush Jones called on him several years ago. Fred had to change his plans of coming East for the summer, and remained in California.
