THE SEVEN ALUMNI COUNCIL DISTRICTS of the country have completed nominations to fill vacancies this spring. Alumni clubs and associations are empowered to submit nominations for vacancies in their areas. Of the twelve District terms expiring June 30, the names of four present Councillors who are eligible for reelection have been submitted without contest. Eight new members have been chosen to fill the remaining vacancies in uncontested nominations.

Service on the Council for District members is limited to two successive terms of two years each. The following were declared elected by Sidney C. Hayward '26, Secretary of the General Association of Alumni, when nominations closed March 10:

DISTRICT I: John S. Everett '08, Augusta, Me., second term. John G. Nelson '13, Manchester, to succeed Robert P. Booth '22, Manchester.

DISTRICT II: Hugh A. Johnson '30, Buffalo, to succeed Philip H. Chase '07, Philadelphia. Roswell F. Magill '16, New York City, to succeed Leslie W. Snow '12, New York City.

DISTRICT III: Edwin R. Keeler '11, Chicago, second term.

DISTRICT IV: Arthur S. Dunning '11, St. Paul, to succeed Henry E. Atwood '13, Minneapolis. Francis A. Robinson '08, Des Moines, to succeed Voyle D. Rector '15, Omaha.

DISTRICT V: Frederick W. Pearce '15, Washington, D. C., to succeed Edward Stafford '11, Washington, D. C. William H. Marsh Jr. '31, Atlanta to succeed Walter B. Elcock '12, Atlanta.

DISTRICT VI: Philo W. Grimes '28, Tulsa, to succeed John W. Bates '10, Tulsa. Dwight J. Edson '18, Houston, second term.

DISTRICT VII: James J. Norton '08, Los Angeles, second term.
