A recent letter from Bliss indicates that he is as enthusiastic as ever in regard to Biloxi as a winter home but that three years of both winter and summer there is a bit too much of a good thing. His plan to spend summers in the north has been made impracticable by the gas shortage. We hope the end of the war will bring him back at least in time for our Reunion in '47. He has expanded his address from simply "Biloxi" to include "Route 2, Box 105 A." They must have a new postmaster in Biloxi.
I ran across Jud Hayes on the street here a few days, ago, and he was loaded down with enough bundles to indicate he had not lost his appetite nor his skill,as a forager. Like the rest of us he picked the worst winter in years not to go to Florida, but he's looking forward to getting down to the farm soon.
