LUNCHEON MEETING every Monday at the University Club.

We regret the recent deaths of Benjamin F. Ellis '89, Daniel P. Trude '01, Frederick A. Cooper '08, Ronald Millar '13 and Donald E. Kimball II '37.

Lester Bratton Jr. '37 and Delphine DuBois Duckett, an alumna of Grosse Pointe Sacred Heart convent, were married a short time ago. Dorothy Gramm formerly of Ogontz has married Donald Walker Campbell '45, they have joined the Hanover colony along with John C. Koeniger and wife, the former Martha Weimar of Evanston.

Arthur L. Spoeneman '41 is engaged to Zita Armstrong of Chicago, a senior at Mundelein College Craig John Cain '45 is engaged to Jocelyn Enid Mason, who went to Wellesley Frederick Hollister Campbell is going to Northwestern Law School and expects to be married in September to Elizabeth Keith Brown, a Wellesley graduate.

We are pleased the Alumni Council selected Ed. Keeler '11 to be its president and chose Al Louer '26 as councilman-at-large. The council will meet in Chicago January 24-25, 1947.

Fred Birmingham '33 is the new managing editor of Esquire Magazine. Ed McKinlay '41 has joined his brother Don McKinlay '37 in Denver. Ben Bishop '22 has moved to Chicago. Takanobu Mitsui '43 has moved to New York. Don Coyle '24 of New York and Hal Braman '21 of Waterbury, Conn., had lunch with us.

Tuss McLaughry was one of the coaches for the All Stars when they defeated the Los Angeles Rams at Soldier Field. On the day before the All Star game Louis Leverone '04 revived the Dartmouth field day at his farm in Half Day, 115 attended; visitors with a football background included Tuss McLaughry, Bill Cuningham, and officials Cap Hedges and Bill Knight.
