DELAYS—VACATIONS, postwar planning, babies, rationing, misinformation, enough to confound even the most astute.
The smallest organization (size only—ed.) mtist have an occasional meeting—long enough to confound the officers; short enough to label, "Let's do it again." A very quick glance at our pock-marked, war-shattered roster nearly permits me to express any and all opinions as the only living representative in our clearly defined area. A little encouragement, (a postal card would be little enough) would certainly help me re-establish this list.
This announcement will be too late for our impending meeting of October 25th; however, anyone not contacted for that quarterly meeting will realize our inadequacies.
