Manuscript Given

ERNEST POOLE, well-known author of Franconia, N. H., has presented the Dartmouth College Library with the manuscript of his book, The Great White Hillsof New Hampshire, published this year by Doubleday. About one-third of the lengthy hand-written manuscript has never been published. Mr. Poole's gift will be specially bound and placed with other valuable material in Dartmouth's fine collection on New Hampshire and the White Mountains, believed to be one of the best in existence.
