Hastings Lyon is teaching in New York City at Columbia University this winter.

The Cudworth's have purchased a new home in Leonia, N. J., just across the George Washington Bridge on the Jersey side, and the address is 122 Highwood Ave.

The engagement of Miss Katherine Carpenter of 2248 Storey Ave., Schenectady, N. Y., to Everett M. Stevens Jr., '41 has been announced. The wedding is to take place early in January.

The World Trade Foundation, Inc., in a unique experiment completed recently in New Brunswick, N. J., proved that an American community's thinking can be changed under the mass impact of an all-out press, radio and advertising campaign.

This "Operation New Brunswick" was carried out under the direction of Dr. Ernest Martin Hopkins, co-chairman of the foundation, and was highly successful and satisfactory to Hoppy.

At the "Dartmouth Night" observance held in Washington, "Steve" Stevens was the third oldest alumnus present, being antedated only by Henry Blair '89 and Warren Kendall, '99.
