Harry and Grace Gilmore motored South the first of May to see the gardens in that area. They had a most delightful visit with Van and Nancy VanderHoof at their beautiful home, and were able to visit other gardens and old homes through the kindness of the Vans.

Ted Hancock has been troubled since winter with infected teeth, and it has caused temporary deafness, but with the removal of the offending molars he is be ginning to feel better. Ted says he can still take on Jim McCarten or Squash Mclntyre at golf and trim them plenty.

Ed Hunter's boy Ted is following in his father's footsteps, having been accepted as a student at the Thayer School, and will take his senior year's work in College as a first year Thayer School man.

Warren Bishop, Bunker's second son, is finishing his last year at Tuck School. He and Bunker sail for a tour of the Continent after graduation.
