Reunion enthusiasm budded on the anniversary of Webster's birth January 18 when Squid and Ike aided by the phone, gave pause to business and paid tribute to Daniel Webster. The ceremony was concluded in their respective homes at twelve midnight by a toast to the Immortal Dan. Now you call any classman and propose a toast to the great Webster. Reunion enthusiasm will reach a new high if you do it.

It was my good fortune to spend an evening with Tinker Gale recently. As usual he reflects the value of a lifetime of good New Hampshire living, dedicated to the betterment of his community which he has served for more than a quarter of a century in the various positions of assessor, selectman, representative and Senator.

Early in February Sid and Mrs. Rollins left for their annual inspection of the States on the eastern seaboard. They'll return with the other birds in the spring. Robbie is enthused with the reunion idea. He still enjoys his broad horizon unclouded by the roofs of motor cars and other street vehicles, that restrict the short guys to sidewalk observation of the nylon increase.
