David M. Camerer '37 is the author of Prosvs. Collegians: The Other Side of the Story, which appears in the January issue o£ Pic.

The Library Quarterly for July contains an article by Bruce Sutherland '29 entitlted Australian Books and American Readers, Professor Sutherland is teaching a course at Pennsylvania State College in British Dominions Literature.

Richard Lauterbach '35 is the author of an article The True Emperor of Japan? This appears in the January 21 issue of Life.

The Dollar Book Club is sending out to its members Leave Her to Heaven, by Ben Ames Williams 'lO. It is stated in their announcement that over a million people have bought this book. A blurb from The New York Times states that this novel "will hypnotize you until you have turned its last page."

New York State War Emergency Act andOther War Emergency Laws, 1941, 1942,194},1944 and 1945, has been published as a book of 420 pages. This book was compiled by Milton Alpert '32 when he was Counsel to the Executive Secretary of the New York State War Council.

British Orders and Decorations, by James Charles Risk '37, has been published by the American Numismatic Society of New York. This volume consists of 124 pages of text, together with 76 excellent plates reproducing various decorations. This timely monograph will serve a very useful purpose.
