THE FIRST ANNUAL MEETING of this organization in five years was held at the University Club, Monday February 25. Twenty-one of us got together that night to hear Don Cameron '35, Director of the Dartmouth Vocational Plan and Chairman of the 1946 Reunion Committee, tell us of those two and many other things about the College. He is an able speaker and gave a fine talk.

At this meeting we elected our first new set of officers since back in '42, when Cort Horr left us without a president when he went to Chicago, and Dick Burlingame went to Buffalo, leaving us sans vice president. The new officers are Fred Smith '25, president; Gardie Spring, vice president; and Jim Scott '40, secretary- treasurer.

Saving the best till last we waxed sentimental with all the Dartmouth songs at our command over beers in the bar, led by that incomparable trio—Bob Norton '33, Jim Scott '40 and Bud Campbell '40, all former members of the Dartmouth Glee Club.

We welcomed back a number of erstwhile service personnel, including John Meachem '38, Bob and Cam Hosmer '32 and '41 respectively, John Ledyard '39 and Jim Scott '40.

At this time we want to welcome the new Dartmouth Club which was formed the 26th of February over in Utica, sponsored by Jim Capps '19. There has long been a need for this club which will serve to strengthen Alumni activities in the Mohawk Valley. Good Luck, Jim, and I hope we can have some joint meetings.
