What Foreign Policy Shall the U. S. Follow To Promote Its Own Best World Interests?

To discuss the issue of desirable U. S. foreign policy in various parts of the world the ALUMNI MAGAZINE has invited two members of the faculty and two prominent Dartmouth alumni to contribute the following articles which we are proud to publish as our fourth symposium in the SoLittle Time series. The articles deal with

Europe, Russia (which was felt to deserve individual treatment at present), China, and Latin America. With this symposium we bring to a temporary halt the articles on vital issues of the day, but it is planned to resume the series when the new publication year opens in October.
