The lacrosse team bounced back into the victory column against Williams, to win 5-3. After that, they took a sound pasting from R.P.I, to the tune of 11-5, and concluded a somewhat dismal season in a game against Cornell which they lost at Ithaca by a 8 to 7 score. The perennially optimistic Tommy Dent was forced to undergo another season in which the majority of his operatives had never even seen a lacrosse game before, let alone played in one. The big Indian, Rudy Lorraine, was an outstanding exception to this generalization and by his brilliant offensive efforts kept the team in a number of games practically single-handed. Others who brightened up the corners by their offensive or defensive play were Captain George Little, "Iggy" Lohse, Danny Carroll, and goalie Red Day.
