Our next reunion, according to the new plan, will be held in June 1949. This will bring the three classes, '03, '04 and '05 back to Hanover at the same time along with '99, '94 and '89 of the older classes. It will be a great opportunity for the many who have never been back to meet again the fellows they knew in college, to drink deep of the Dartmouth spirit, and to witness the many changes that have taken place over the years in Hanover. Look ahead to 1949 and tell your family that you are inviting them now to your next reunion—June 1949.

Morton B. French of Kennebunk Beach, Me. is reported to have visited Hanover June 22, and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Cohen of New York City on August 14.

The Boston Traveler of May 27, 1947 contained a writing by Natalie Gordon headed "Gracious Ladies." In it she told of the outstanding accomplishments of one, Miss Cora S. Cobb, as a student traveler and author who is just now writing a book dealing with the great characters of history.

"Hers was a distinguished family. Her father, Darius Cobb of Cambridge, Mass., was a portrait painter; his twin brother, Cyrus, was sculptor; her brother, Stan-wood Cobb, is an educator, writer, and founder and headmaster of the Chevy Chase Country Day School in Washington, D. C.", and, may I add the valedictorian of the class of 1903.

Herbert Follett's wife, Ruth, died June 13, 1947 at Paradise, Calif., after a long illness. The class extends its deepest sympathy to Herb and to his son John.

On June 22 Harold M. Morse of Cleveland, Ohio, paid me the fine compliment of dropping in for a brief call while on his way to Portland, Me. It has been a long time since Harold has been in our vicinity and, tho considerably heavier than in college days, he was easily recognized. Harold reported his family of wife, daughter and son well and spoke in fullsome praise of his son's work and interest in the construction business.

Forrest J. Hall has this year completed his 25th year of teaching in the Keene (N. H.) High School. On June 9th at an assembly of the school the Chairman of the School Board spoke in appreciation of his years of service, the faculty made presentation of a gift, and the senior class dedicated its Year Book to him. Forrest is not retiring but is going on as the Head of the Mechanic Arts Department. Congratulations, Forrest, and may you serve for many years to come.

John Pray Wadham has sent me notice of a change of residence from New Cumberland, Pa., to New Oxford, RFD 2, Pa. On the line of signature is "John P. Wadham, Agriculturist." "Nuff Ced 2."
