On September 10 we had our annual freshen "Send-off" by way oF a luncheon attended By members of the Association and undergraduates for the benefit of entering freshmen and their fathers. Vic Smith '17 welcomed the group after which Jack Heston '28 spoke for The Alumni Council. Roger Young '55. memhe,. Of Green Key, had much to offer m enlightening the freshmen from this area as to what may be expected of them, and in turn, they of the College. 14:
On September 29 we had anotner renewal of our annual golf outing with Cornell at Manufacturers Country Club. Though not out in quantity Bill MacMahon '42 and Bill Pugh'25 managed quality, and reports tell the first three low men were on our team. We hope to repeat this outing as a regular fall gathering.
The Philadelphia Association celeDrated Dartmouth night at a dinner meeting at the Club. We were fortunate to have received our Columbia recording for that occasion. Needless to say, it added immeasurable pleasure and satisfaction to us all. We do indeed than the College for a real homecoming. Seasons greetings to everyone.
