Surprise Honor

Dr. Loring H. Dodd '00, Professor of English and Curator of Art at Clark University, Worcester, Mass., was presented with a Rembrandt etching of the master's famous work "Christ at Emmaus," by the subscribers of the Clark University Fine Arts Course in a surprise ceremony at the close of its 25th season recently. Dr. Dodd is director of the course.

One of the Worcester papers, in describing the presentation, said, "The Fine Arts Course has been a cultural treasure trove to Worcester and it is to the credit of those who have enjoyed it throughout its 25 years that they marked their appreciation with a gift so beautiful and distinctive."
