Is the secretary's face red? No, it's simply scarlet! Do not ask any questions, please, but make the following change in the list of officers in the first page of your new directory. Draw a line through the "Frederick C." under Treasurer and write in "Sargent F." If this is the only error that crept into the small publication, the secretary's face will get less red gradually.

There is a slight change in the address for George Leach. His home address is Chicago 11, the name of the firm is George T. Leach Real Estate, and in the busines address add zone 3.

An official report on the Alumni Council meetings in Chicago in January is that "we had two full days of sessions in which EdKeeler distinguished himse'.f as a very able presiding officer. Duke Dunning is another leading member of the Council who attended the Chicago meetings. Cap Hedges also attended as a former member." Another official report states that Frances Keeler in company with Mrs. Bill Embree, whose husband is President of the Association, did a grand job in entertaining the wives."

From Al Wheeler comes this: "You know that I have worked awfully hard in the last thirty-five years or so, and I thought that after I was released, about a year ago, from the war work that I was engaged in, I would see how it would be just to do nothing. It doesn't seem to be any different than it ever was, except that I don't have to catch a train, so that really makes it better.

"In addition to that, I have split and sawed np an awful lot of wood and my physical condition is good although down to skin and bones, especially, as usual, in the upper story."

On his return to Exeter, N. H., Clint Elwell carries on the family tradition by becoming a Representative in the New Hampshire State Legislature.

A recent issue of Business Week carried a picture of a couple of cashier booths in New Haven with the following explanation: "For Parking Relief, Pay As You Go

"Customers who come to. settle up their light bills with Connecticut's United Illuminating Cos. don't have to slow down New Haven traffic while they look for a parking space; they just drive up to the attractive cashier booths and pay. Designed-by Leo Caproni, New Haven architect, the booths are connected by telephones to the main building. And customers in cars, jeeps, and motor scooters, and on horseback—even one oldtimer had a horse and buggy—all find them handy tor paying their bills."

On a recent visit to Washington "Boli"Sherwin reported that he had retired and did not intend to go back to work unless he had to. He stated that his general condition was very much the same except that he was losing his hair. He expressed his regret that he was unable to attend our reunion last June, but was willing to have everyone know that he may be found at 107 South Street, Fitchburg, Massachusetts.

Among the Clergymen of the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts who formed a special procession at the installation of Bishop Sherrill to his new office was Gabriel Farrell.

An engagement of interest to the class is that of Miss Judith Chapman to Dick Butts, 2nd, Libby Butts' son. Dick attended Northwood School, Lake Placid, served in the Army Airways Communication System, and is now studying at Babson Institute in Wellesley. His fiancee is a graduate of the Walnut Hill School and is now attending the Erskine School.
