Did you ever hear the pre-dawn warblings of a Scarlet Tanager?

All you have to do to see these and many other oddities is turn up at the Annual Northwest Alumni Association Picnic. This year, it is scheduled for Thursday, June 24, at Henry Thrall's farm out near the Minnesota River.

There'll be plenty of beer, vittles, songs, games and horseplay. Plan now to be on hand. The committee in charge of arrangements is comprised of: Chairman Edward B. Lynch, Bob E. Krieger, Wood R. Foster, Don Norton,' and Richard H. Sleep.
