School Superintendent H. Raymond Danforth was guest speaker at the annual Dartmouth Night meeting of Dartmouth alumni of Nashua and vicinity at Howard Johnson's.

Mr. Danforth discussed the trends of modern education, emphasizing the need for keeping pace with the times and particularly the need for creating the will to learn within the student.

President Harry Coronis '36 conducted the business meeting during which new officers for 1949-50 were elected. Don Jeffery '29 was elected president and Don Henderson '32 treasurer.

The group met for a social hour before dinner was served.
