The regular monthly luncheon of the Dartmouth Club of Western Oklahoma was held at the Biltmore Hotel on February 24. DickPringle '46 was a visitor from Tulsa. Others attending were R. Gordon Lowe '28, EdgarS. Vaught Jr. '29, George C. Summy Jr. '37, Edgar R. Oppenheim '39 and Richard M.Riggs '42.

Dick Riggs '42 gave a report on our secondary school contacts. Letters are being mailed to Principals followed by personal contacts for the purpose of stimulating interest in the College and interviewing any prospective student.

President Oppenheim outlined the plans for our annual meeting to be held at the Oklahoma Golf and Country Club on Friday evening, April 8. Dean Neidlinger will be the guest speaker from the College. A golf tournament will be held in the afternoon to decide the champion among the local alumni. New officers will be elected at the annual meeting. Alumni from this area, their wives and guests are invited to attend. On the agenda for May is a contemplated joint meeting with the Tulsa alumni group at Tulsa in the form of a golf and barbecue party.

Our first annual holiday party was held at the Beacon Club cocktail lounge on December 20. Due to inclement weather, the undergraduates who were to be the honored guests did not make it. Among those present were Earl E. Krogstad '27 and wife, Roland B. Sundown '32, Marion C. Cruce '37 and wi£e, Ed Vaught Jr. '29, George Summy Jr. '37 and wife, Ed Oppenheim '39, Dick Riggs '42 and wife.
