Forty Dartmouth alumni attended the annual dinner of the Eastern New York Association on April 21 at the Aurania Club in Albany. Cramp Carrick '35 presided, while RemKinne '2B, chairman of the dinner committee, introduced Bob Monahan '29 as the speaker from the College. Bob gave an excellent talk on Dartmouth in general and the Outing Club in particular, and also added a fine running commentary to a color film of the 1949 Carnival, while Brad Carnell '3O labored over the movie projector. Ed Studwell '3l, who dropped in from Vermont, spoke briefly about the Alumni Fund.
Art Hopkins 'OB presented the nominating committee's report and the following were unanimously elected for 1949-50: RemsenKinne Jr. '2B, president; Donald Bridge '39, vice-president; Richard Unser '46, secretary; Henry Oppenheim 'lB, treasurer.

The group voted to assess annual dues of two dollars, stipulating that membership should not be contingent upon payment of dues, however. A review of last year's activities by the secretary recorded the pre-college luncheon on September 15 and the Dartmouth-Cornell dinner on November 11. It was also reported that on April 21 Henry Seaver 'll and Leland Shaw '3O were heading a meeting of alumni of Dutchess, Ulster and Orange counties, with the objective of forming a new mid-Hudson alumni group.
