We have delayed sending in this month's news a few days so that we could give a complete report on our fall dance held November 4 at the Wyoming Golf Club. The dance was a complete success and the turnout exceeded our expectations. Chess Wahle's orchestra was outstanding as was the food served at midnight. Jack and Pat Harrington '46 did a splendid job as chairmen of the entire affair. When the orchestra stopped at 1:30 A.M. everyone entered into one of the finest singing bouts heard in these parts. The party was complete even to the Yale Victory favors which Bill Portman '45 had the foresight to have made up in advance. The only item Bill didn't include was the score.

Because of the success of this party we want to include as complete a list of those in attendance with wives or dates as we have at this hurried writing: Jack Harrington '46, Jerry Kahn '20, Robert W. Taylor '33, Robert Coith '44, Howard and Bill Fischbach '39, Chuck Sweeney '48, John Steele '46, Bill Portman '45, Harold Plotnick '46, Jim Briggs '44, Grant Hesser '41, Lew Johnstone '41, Stacy Hill '41 (in from Chicago), Jim Traquair '26, Pete Link '42, Bob Tatgenhorst '40.

Other items of interest: Dick Hanselman '49 has been called into the Army. JohnSteele '46 is being married to Dotty Conroy, November 11. Vance Clark '21 is again heading the committee for interviewing new prospects. Robert T. Keeler '36 is in charge of personnel placement in this area. We also want to remind everyone who happens to be in Cincinnati of our Christmas Cocktail Party at the Cincinnati Country Club on December 29.
