And that ends what started out as a gag and ended up taking much more space than we ever intended. Our apologies to the three or four men whose names got twisted in spelling between me and the final printing. And while we're at it we'll apologize for the editor who somehow got two lines reversed in the May installment so that neither the meter nor the rhyme came out right. However, I guess we can't complain when we figure that there were nearly 650 names blended into more than 200 lines of so-called verse. Well, it's high time we came through with some news.

Don't know what the story behind the move is, but Ted Harbaugh has just changed his address from St. Paul, Minn., to 2006 Riverview Court, Toledo, 14, Ohio.

From Collingswood, N. J., comes an announcement that Trudie and Ralph Specht have added a girl, Susan Denise, to their family as of March 11. And a very cute announcement it was, too.

Charlie Benton, who has been a sales representative in Philadelphia for International Business Machines, has just been appointed manager of all IBM sales and services in the

york. Pa., area. His new office address is 541 West Market St., York, and he is currently househunting in that vicinity. He'll probably blush to see it in print, but Charlie has qualified four times for membership in the IBM annual sales honor organization, the Hundred Percent Club.

By the way—hope you all received your class directories which were mailed out the end of March. We'll print address changes in the column from now on so you can keep your copy up-to-date. And let us have any corrections or changes. It's the only way we can tell where you are. There are some extra copies if anyone needs one. Just drop me a note.

The Boston gang is still riding that mad round of cocktail parties and I wish I lived a little closer to get in on some of them. On April 15, Mercer and Marion Curtis invited the crowd out to Marlboro. And on May 20 Dick and Polly Muzzy entertained all '35ers in the vicinity at their home in Wellesley. Haven't as yet heard who attended but we'll bet it was gay and congenial.

The college has just received word that Marjorie Wallace, wife of Johnny, who died of polio last September, had their fourth child and fourth boy on January 29, 1950. He, too, is named John.

Have recently heard from Fred and DottieHaley and from Dave and Eleanor Smith, that, in spite of the 3000 miles that separate them from Hanover, they'll be on for reunion. Sounds like a good crowd is warming up for the big return.

Jack Egan writes, "Had lunch the other day with Walt Lincoln. He had just returned from Calcutta where he has been on business for the last 15 months. Prior to that he spent five months for his company in Manila. Expects to return to the Orient in the near future. His home address is 340 East 57th St., New York, when he is not on the other side of the world."

Dr. and Mrs. Phelps P. Luria announce the birth of a son, Alex, on Sunday, February 26. This makes child and boy number two for the old Doc who, in case any of you are in need of help, is a specialist in Otolaryngology. (Hangnails, maybe, or ingrown hairs, Doc?) He's also going to reunion, y the way.

Bill Nevin has departed from his job with American Home Foods in New York and is now with Johnson & Johnson, New Brunswick, N. J., in their new grocery division. He's currently commuting back to Dobbs Ferry on weekends while scrounging for a new place to park the family.

Bob Hage reports from Hanover on a couple of items: "Hank Muller was in town the other day on a business trip. His business card reads Assistant to Vice President, Westinghouse Electric Corporation' and he was looking for Thayer School graduates to work in his firm. Hank is in the engineering end of Westinghouse. Secondly, my old college roommate, Duke Lansberry, is getting married on May 6 to Miss Jane Townsan in Detroit and I am flying out to be his best man—always the best man!"
