Clifford L. Jordan '45, assistant director of the Dartmouth College News Service, has been named director of athlefic publicity for the DCAC. He replaces Roger K. Wolbarst '43, who resigned last month to join the public relations staff of the Yale and Towne Manufacturing Company in New York.
Jordan will continue his News Serv- ice work in addition to his new duties as athletic publicity director. He joined the college staff last fall after serving as assistant director of public relations at Peddie School for two years. He took his Dartmouth degree in 1948 following three and a half years as radio operator and aerial gunner in the Army Air Corps.
Wolbarst filled the post of DCAC publicity director for three years. Be- fore coming to Hanover he was a sports writer for The Washington Post.
