Howard W. Wing '15 was elected president of the Lowell Dartmouth Club at its annual meeting in June. He succeeds Dr. William R.Pepin '18, who had held the position for two year. John E. Leggat '45 was chosen vice-president; Paul L. Perkins '14, treasurer; and Arthur F. Woodies '14 was reelected secretary.

With Bill Cunningham. '19 as the main attraction, attendance was the largest in a number of years. Bill spoke for more than 90 minutes and a discussion of pertinent national, international, domestic and political issues continued well past midnight. Approximately 80 Dartmouth men now are living or working in the sphere of influence exercised by the Lowell club.
