The Class of 1956 has been holding much of the attention of the Milwaukee alumni recently. For the past several months, the Committee under the joint chairmanship of Ted Fagen '46 and Bill Kieckhefer '42 has been contacting many schools in the Milwaukee area. The idea is not to "sell" Dartmouth but to find the top-notch boys in the high schools and be sure that they know about the school. On January 29, at the University Club, the committee invited prospective freshmen, their parents, and school advisers to see a series of films on Dartmouth, and to ask more questions about the school. Almost 50 people attended the meeting. The number of outstanding boys applying has made some of the local alumni wonder how their applications were ever accepted.

The alumni interviewing committee, working under the chairmanship of Rodger Trump '38, will have completed its work by the time you read this article.

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Alumni Association of Wisconsin will take place at the University Club in Milwaukee on March 14, with Coach Tuss McLaughry as our speaker from Hanover. We would like to urge everyone in the state to try to be in Milwaukee that night.

The nominating committee has proposed for president. Stevens S. Stotzer '36; for vicepresident, John JR.. Willetts '50; for secretary, William S. Trump '46; and Goeres Hayssen '42 was renominated for treasurer.

Secretary, 2123 East Beverly Rd„ Milwaukee 11, Wise.
