The undergraduate luncheon at the University Club on December 27 was a terrific success. Over 65 alumni, undergraduates and guests attended. The guests included prospective undergraduates and their fathers, as well as fathers of some of the men in school now. Eliot Smith '55 and Tom Holdorf '56 led a discussion of activities in Hanover this year.

The new directory of the Dartmouth Alumni Association of Wisconsin was finally mailed in early December with a letter explaining the budget and enrollment activities. Your secretary would like to express his appreciation for help in this undertaking to John Willets '40, Brooks Boyce '50, Ernie Rice '44 and John Lotter '50. Particular thanks go to Marshall Loewi of Loewi & Co. for advice, and to Gracella Balasz of radio station WEMP for hours of typing. Of course the cooperation of the Alumni Records Office made the whole project possible. Treasurer Lotter reports that the dues are rolling in but we are a long way from 100%. If you have not become a contributing member, do so soon.

Mark March 29 on your calendar for the annual meeting. Director of Athletics Red Rolfe will be the speaker and we would particularly like to have a large upstate turnout for this event. Wives are invited. The meeting will be held at the University Club in Milwaukee. Slate of officers will appear in this column next month as election will be held at the March meeting.

Secretary, 502 E. Spooner Rd., Milwaukee 17, Wis.
