As one of the highlights of its 25th Reunion last month, the Class of 1928 presented its Class Gift to the College. In addition to meeting its 1953 Alumni Fund objective of $16,490, the class contributed a permanent 1928 Memorial Fund of approximately $65,000, which will be increased during the remainder of this year.
The co-chairmen of the 1928 Combined Fund were William Cogswell of New York City, class agent, and George H. Pasfield of Wynnewood, Pa., memorial fund chairman. They joined forces to direct the raising of a combined fund during the past year.
Since its graduation the Class of 1928 has given more than $200,000 to the College by means of the Alumni Fund and Class Memorial Fund.
