Foreign Study Awards Open to Graduates
October 1954

RECENT graduates with strong academic records are reminded of their eligibility to apply for Rhodes, Marshall and Fulbright Scholarships, and for Rotary Foundation Fellowships. The deadline in all cases is October 30.

Single men under 25 may apply for Rhodes Scholarships through Professor George E. Diller, Chairman of the Faculty Committee on Graduate Fellowships, or through the Rhodes Institutional Representative at any institution at which they are now studying. The annual stipend has been raised this year from £500 to £600.

Inquiries concerning the Marshall Scholarship established last year for two years' study at any British university should be addressed promptly to the British Consul-General in New York, New Orleans, Chicago or San Francisco. Men under 28, married or single, are eligible.

Information and forms needed for the Fulbright Scholarships may be obtained from the Fulbright Program Adviser at any university where an alumnus is now located.

For Rotary Fellowships, which have an average value of $2,500, inquiries should be addressed to the Rotary Club in or nearest to the prospective applicant's home town.
