The Great Divide

The 61st annual, meeting of the Dartmouth Association of the Great Divide was held on January 25, when 158 alumni, wives and parents gathered for cocktails and dinner at the University Club in honor of President John S. Dickey. Bob Fullerton '51 handled the arrangements and Neil Roberts '35, retiring president, reviewed the year and emceed the meeting.

President Dickey spoke to us on the place of the College in the geography of the undergraduate and in the hearts of her. alumni.

The following officers were unanimously elected for the coming year: Edwin H. Grant '30, president; Kenneth Perry '44, vice president; Hart D. Gilchrist .'31, secretary; Schuyler Cross '46, assistant secretary; Howard Rea '38, treasurer; Donald Jones '43 and Neil Roberts '35;, trustees.

The Dartmouth Glee Club Concert and Dance will be held in Denver on Monday, April 2. The concert will be at Phipps Auditorium at 8:30 p.m. and will be followed, starting at 10:30 p.m., by a dance at the Denver Country Club. Tickets are available from Richard E. Catron '50, Ralph Rickenbaugh '28 and Mrs. Everett Parker. If you are even near the borders of Colorado, come on in to Denver for this terrific party on April 2. We will show you a grand time.
