The Great Divide

At our March meeting we were fortunate to have as our guest speaker, Roscoe Bolt, Metropolitan Plant Superintendent of the Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company, who spent the summer of 1956 in Hanover under the summer program of education for Bell System's management.

His talk was most interesting and it was enlightening to the Denver Alumni to learn more of the planning being done in the Bell System in the study of humanistics and the fact that Dartmouth College is figuring so prominently in that plan.

Newc Eldredge '50 has announced that the Dartmouth Cup Races will be held on April 28 at Arapahoe Basis, and we note with interest that this event under Newc's continued tutelage is becoming an outstanding ski meet, drawing entries from the high school boys throughout the State of Colorado.
