James Saxton Ziemen '35: We know some things about Hartford and about you which should be made public not only here but in every place where Dartmouth men are organized.

First, you are serving a second term as Leader of a model Dartmouth Club where the program in one year makes it appear to an outsider (and some insiders, too) that Dartmouth College really lies in Hartford though a small division thereof still exists in Hanover.

Secondly, the very fact that you have been reelected to your high office in light of all the alumni talent residing in HARTMOUTH or DARTFORD (we get both versions here) is a tribute not only to your ability to lead and organize but to the good judgment of your own constituency.

So this salute to you as Club President of the Year, Sax, is made with our hope that somehow in your second "term you continue that best of all trends, namely, outdoing yourself in an operation which could slip a good way back and still be very good.
