"The Count of Gramercy Park," a condensation of the book of the same title, by Robert Hayden Alcorn '31, is printed at feature length in the March 1957 issue of Reader's Digest. The book was published in 1955 by Hurst & Blackett, Ltd., Stratford Place, London, England.

Gabriel Farrell '11 is the author of Childrenof the Silent Night, the story of the education of deaf-blind children here and abroad. This brochure of 48 pages has been published by the Perkins School for the Blind as Perkins Publication No. 18.

David M. Scotford '44 is the author of "Metamorphism and Axial-Plane Folding in the Poundridge Area, New York" in September issue of the Bulletin of the GeologicalSociety of America.

"The Burro Canyon-Dakota Contact in the Mt. Peale No. 1 Quadrangle, Western Colorado and Eastern Utah" by William D. Carter '49 appeared in Geology and EconomicDeposits of East Central Utah, Intermountain Association of Petroleum Geologists Conference, 1956.

Henry H. Woodward '48 is the author of "Diffusion of Chemical Elements in Some Naturally Occurring Silicate" in the January issue of The Journal of Geology.

"Geology of the Storkollen-Blankenberg Area, Kragero, Norway" by John C. Green '53 was published in Norsk Geologisk Tidsskrift, December. This article represents research carried on by Mr. Green as a Fulbright Fellow in Norway during 1953-54.
