Randall Malm '59 and William G. Morton Jr. '59 were selected for the U. S. Lacrosse Coaches All-American first team, it was announced in late July. Seven colleges were represented on the first team, with Dartmouth, Army and Johns Hopkins each placing two members.

Randy Malin was a standout goalie for both the Dartmouth soccer and lacrosse

teams during the past three seasons, while Bill Morton played defense for the Indian lacrosse team for three seasons and was a top-rated halfback on the Big Green varsity football team for a similar period. Both Malin and Morton had previously been named to the All-Ivy League Lacrosse Team, the third consecutive year in which both players had received this honor.

In the July issue of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE it was erroneously reported that Allan F. Munro '59 had been selected for the second All-Ivy League Lacrosse Team. Munro, veteran attack star for the Indians and second highest scorer in the league last spring, was named to the first All-Ivy Team, bringing Dartmouth's representation on that team to three. Al is the son of Louis W. Munro '19.
