Smith '26, San Francisco; Ralph L. Rickenbaugh '28, Denver; George B. Redding '29, Boston; Milburn McCarty Jr. '55, New York; Stewart H. Steffey '41, Philadelphia; and J. Michael McGean '49, Hanover, secretary. Its report on various CAR proposals will be made to the Alumni Council in June.
