Informe Final sobre la Universidad National de Asuncion by Prof. Ralph A. Burns of the Department of Education, a general survey of the National University of Asuncion in Paraguay, has been printed as a 71-page mimeographed bulletin by the U. S. Embassy in Paraguay for distribution throughout Latin America. Professor Burns, under the auspices of the U. S. Department of State, spent four months in Paraguay making a study of the administration, curriculum, plant, and other aspects of the governmentsupported university, the only one in Paraguay.

Michel Benamou is the author of "Wallace Stevens: Notes toward a Supreme Fiction" in the November 1959 Revue Francaise and "Le Theme du Heros dans la Poesie de Wallace Stevens" in the July-September number of Eludes Anglaises.

An article by J. J. Ermenc '45, "The Convergence of Engineering and Liberal Arts Education," appears in the April issue of Journal of Engineering Education.

"Eye Movement and Stimulus Movement; New Photoelectric Electromechanical System for Recording and Measuring Tracking Motions of the Eye," by William M. Smith has been reprinted from the March number of The Optical Society of America.
