SAMUEL P. BELL of Daytona Beach, Fla., is president of the Undergraduate Council, and a member of Palaeopitus, Casque and Gauntlet, and Kappa Sigma. A government major, he was class president junior year, a member of Green Key, chairman of the Freshman Services Committee, and played freshman soccer.

DAVID H. BLAKE of Rumson, N. J., chairman of Palaeopitus, is a member of the Undergraduate Council, Casque and Gauntlet, and Theta Delta Chi. A history major, he has received a Noble Foundation Fellowship for 1961-62. He was president of Green Key and also of the Sophomore Orientation Committee. A letterman in soccer, he is the son of Edgar B. Blake '25.

THOMAS K. DALGLISH of Weston, Conn., is Undergraduate Editor of the ALUMNI MAGAZINE and was Managing Editor of The Dartmouth. An English major, he is a member of Delta Upsilon and a former member of the Sophomore Orientation Committee and the Young Democrats. He is the son of James Garven Dalglish '30.

PETER G. HOLBROOK of Bedford, N. Y., is an art major and will study in Paris next year on a Reynolds Scholarship from the College. This year he has been the holder of a Marcus Heiman Award in the Creative Arts. He is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon and was in ROTC.

WILLIAM T. HUTTON of Detroit is treasurer of the Undergraduate Council, and a member of Palaeopitus, the Beta House, and Casque and Gauntlet, of which he is president. This spring he was chairman of the Community Chest Drive. A philosophy major, he is a student member of the Tucker Foundation Council.

GILBERT W. LOW of Summit, N. J., is president of the Glee Club, and a member of the Injunaires, Alpha Theta, and Casque and Gauntlet. As a Rhodes Scholar he will study philosophy, politics and economics at Magdalen College, Oxford, next year. A government major, he formerly was a member of Green Key. He is the son of George Evarts Low '30.

MICHAEL M. MOONEY of Milwaukee is a football letterman, a varsity rugby team member, and an actor with The Players. An English major, he is a member of Sphinx and the Beta House.

EDWARD VICTOR of Flushing, N. Y., is an English Honors student who as the recipient of a Marshall Scholarship will study at Pembroke College, Cambridge University, next year. He is a member of Delta Upsilon and last year was on the Council on Student Organizations.

RAYMOND H. WELCH of Gloucester, Mass., is editor of Jack-o-Lantern, an English major, and a member of Gamma Delta Chi. He was a member of Green Key and played freshman football.
