Long Island

The activities of the Long Island Association for the year are well underway. In addition to three business meetings at the home of President Mike Pender '47 the association has held a TV party for the Dartmouth-Harvard football game.

The football game being televised in the area, Warren Kreter '42 arranged for a most enjoyable afternoon for those present starting with a movie of highlights of all of last year's games, followed by the game and refreshments. Among those present were many familiar faces in addition to some new ones. We hope to continue seeing new faces at the various activities throughout the year.

Business meetings are held the first Wednesday evening of each month at the home of Mike Pender, 148 Poplar Street, Garden City at about 8:15. All members are welcome to attend.
