The fall meeting of the Tuck Board of Overseers was held in Hanover on October 12.

Dean Hill has visited a number of selected colleges in Illinois, New York, Massachu-setts, Connecticut and Maine in connection with our expanding enrollment program.... Associate Dean Hennessey lectured in a General Electric Company advanced management institute Mr. Guest gave an ad- dress on "Communications: Fact vs Feeling," at a Convocation of Nichols College on October 25 A paper titled "An Investment Behavior" was delivered by Mr. Bower at the American Accounting Association, Northeastern Regional Meeting, in Boston on October 5. His doctoral dissertation on investment behavior is currently being used by a committee of industry executives as a guide in evaluating clay industry prospects and policies.

Frank S. Capon, vice-president, du Pont of Canada Limited, Montreal, spoke November 2 to the Cost Accounting class, and later to the Accounting and Finance Group.

DeLong Monahan T'25, financial vicepresident of the Provident Mutual Life of Philadelphia, recently celebrated thirty years of service with the company. He is also a director of the Provident Tradesmen's Bank and Trust Company.

Charlie Brown T'42 and George Batchelder T'57 are heading the manufacturing and sales and marketing activities at ITT Surprenant.

Dave Hazelton T'46, who is with the Home Life Insurance Company, was awarded the coveted Chartered Life Underwriter designation at National Conferment Exercises of the American College of Life Under writers in Chicago.

Dick Echikson T'51, formerly manager of traffic tables, has been appointed division manager of men's and boys' wear of Macy's, New York.

Don Meltzer T55 has been named to the public relations committee of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mike Gorton T'56 and Phyllis Paige Prescott of Keeseville, N. Y. were married recently.

Hugh Erwin T'57 and Elizabeth Barr Field of Cranbury, N. Y., were recently married.

Joe Mandel T'61, currently a second year student at the Yale Law School, has announced his engagement to Jean Carol Westerman of Queens, New York.
