PRESIDENT Dickey will speak in nine Dartmouth alumni centers in the Southwest, Midwest and East during a mid-March and early April tour.
Traveling with the President will be John D. Dodd '22, a College Trustee and chairman of the 1962 Alumni Fund campaign, and Clifford L. Jordan Jr. '45, executive secretary of the Alumni Fund. Chairman Dodd and Mr. Jordan will conduct workshop sessions for Alumni Fund class agents in each city prior to the club meetings at which President Dickey will talk. Similar workshop meetings for Dartmouth enrollment workers will also be held in each city.
Local alumni clubs are sponsoring President's Dinners in Houston, at the Rice Hotel on Thursday, March 15; in Dallas, at the Brook Hollow Country Club on Friday, March 16; in Denver, at the Denver Country Club on Saturday, March 17; in Kapsas City, Mo., at the Carriage Club on Tuesday, March 20; and in Chicago, at the University Club on Wednesday, March 21. The meeting in Cincinnati, Ohio, on Saturday, March 24, is a luncheon at the Queen City Club. The Washington, D. C., meeting on Tuesday, April 3 at the Statler-Hilton Hotel will be a dinner.
In addition to these alumni club visits, President Dickey will also speak at Alumni Fund Class Agents Dinner meetings on Wednesday, April 4, at the Commodore Hotel in New York City, and on Thursday, April 5, at the University Club in Boston. A third Class Agents Dinner will be held in Cleveland on Thursday, March 22, with Provost John W. Masland and Fund Chairman Dodd as speakers.
