SPRING has finally arrived on the Hanover Plain. The crack of ball and bat can be heard from Memorial Field; trackmen speed around the oval in a race with the clock; and even the ice is out of the river and oarsmen are once again bending to the call of the cox. But spring is a short season, and before it has completely slipped past, let's take a look at the 1962 spring teams.
Early in April, after the third term was underway and our touring athletes had returned from the South, from Ireland, and various parts of the country, we took pencil and notebook in hand and walked down to Memorial Field to see exactly how things stood.
